Insights Discovery team workshops
Insights Discovery uses a simple and accessible color language to provide insight into behavioral preferences and offers concrete tools for developing effectiveness at individual, team and organizational level.
Team development in the open air
Whether we climb 6,000 meters or bivouac on top of our colourful Defenders, an expedition with Connecting Colours ensures secure connection. See how we can also train your team safely outdoors with Insights Discovery or MapsTell!
MapsTell team building workshops
MapsTell works with a map of 'The World of Difference'. Based on DISC, this tool provides a very visual working method for teams on a journey. From everyone's position on the map, we guide to connection. Also with personal coaching.
More about Connecting Colours
We work with teams of all sizes. We are passionate about large events where the entire organisation comes together, but we are just as happy to provide sessions where every 1-on-1 relationship is part of the team dynamic. We also secure the connection in your team with colour.
We serve approximately 120 clients in various sectors. What do our participants say?
"I have the good impression that the trainer "overdelivered" in the best meaning of this word. The hand out materials were great, the timing was perfect, the flexibility on small sudden changes were well met. It was fun, interactive and very useful."
"It's great that practical examples with our own customers are used, so that awareness is created to communicate with certain customers in a different way."
"The trainer has created awareness in a fun and interactive way, instead of teaching a "trick". This will ensure that the course material will be used longer and more effectively in daily life."
"I liked how my personal profile was determined in every detail and highlighted my key strengths, weaknesses, possible blind spots, etc. as well as gave suggestions for further development. It is very interesting and very useful as it will definitely help me to better understand myself."
"We were given the tools to interact more effectively with our colleagues and to better understand a more productive and effective way of treating each other."
