How it works: By completing a simple online questionnaire you will receive your personal profile: an in-depth insight into your qualities, preferences and development points. Insights Discovery uses 4 colours to characterise behavioural styles, which are then refined into 8 types and even 72 unique positions in a clear model. This way you will gain real insight into yourself!

Do you want to strengthen collaboration in your team? The Insights Discovery team profile provides insight into the behavioral and communication preferences of you and your colleagues at a glance. This will quickly give you a clear picture of where the strengths of your team lie and which pitfalls require attention. This makes it easy to analyze what is needed to better align with each other's needs, communicate more effectively and work together (even) better as a team.
Insights Discovery basic profile
Every journey starts with an Insights Discovery basic profile. It provides a detailed description of yourself in approximately 20 pages, including your 'blind spot' and 'possible areas for improvement'. The profile consists of development-oriented statements that you can immediately use in practice.
Insights team profile
Continue your journey with your team's team profile. It provides insight into the behavioral preferences of you and your colleagues at a glance. Based on the team profile analysis, you create a concrete plan of action in which your team can develop in the coming period.
Insights Full Circle profile
Deepen your journey with the Full Circle tool from Insights Discovery, which allows you to give and receive feedback in a secure manner. After completing your own questionnaire, a feedback group of your choice – colleagues, managers and/or customers – completes a shortened, possibly anonymous questionnaire. All input is combined in a unique Full Circle profile that provides insight into how you experience working together.
Our workshops with Insights Discovery:
The Insights Discovery profile and the team profile provide insight into personal and team preferences and thus form the basis for our workshops. In our workshops, the emphasis is on strengthening mutual trust, because we believe that this is the key to (even) better communication and collaboration. By recognizing, appreciating and utilizing differences between people, we help teams grow and function better.
Our workshops are interactive and can be fully customized (from 2 hours to a multi-day event) and combined with training in sales, leadership, project management or a specific theme of your choice.
How we work:
We provide workshops in Dutch and English at our own training location in the Rotterdam region, in-company or at an external location. In a no-obligation intake we discuss your goals and wishes, on which we tailor the program and the trainer. We then send out the Insights questionnaire to the participants to explain the profiles generated during the workshop. During the workshop we not only provide good facilities such as catering and space but we also pay attention to team dynamics and the associated safety.

How we work
We provide workshops in Dutch or English at our own training location in the Rotterdamse region, your own location or an external location. Based on a no-obligation intake, we inventory your objective and align the program with this. We then send the insights questionnaire to the participants to feed back the profiles generated during the workshop. One week before the workshop, we do a final coordination based on the obtained insight into the team composition. During the workshop(s) we leave nothing to chance; the catering, the facilities and the program are of the highest quality and an enterprising trainer with a passion for your sector facilitates your team.
