Your unique Insights profile
In our Insights workshops you will receive your Insights Discovery profile. This uniqueprofile consists of approximately 20pages and gives you a detailed description of your behavioral preferences including your blind spot and possible areas for improvement. An insightful instrument for individual growth and development that, together with your team wheel, forms the basis of our workshops.
In-depth insight into your Team preferences
Gaininstant insight into the behavioral preferences of you and your colleagues with the Insights Discovery Team Wheel. With the Team Wheel analysis, you will then gain a clear view of the strengths of your team and where your growth potential lies. This in-depth analysis of your team dynamics is the foundation for a concrete action plan to grow and develop together in a targeted manner.

With our interactive Insights Discovery workshops, we dig deeper into (complex) collaborations, interactions and group dynamics to help unravel and optimize them.From short sessions to multi-day programs - everything is tailored to your team goals. With over 150 active clients in almost all sectors and a team of accredited trainers, we are proud to say that Connecting Colours is a true Insights Discovery specialist. Our unique methodology increases the applicability of the colour language by combining it with our team model (based on Lencioni and Tuckman) and the latest developments in our field (Lean, Agile, Holocracy, Psychological Safety). All this comes together in our workshops that we connect with your goals, the 'colour language' and our practical experience. We have the scale and experience to also handle larger events (+200 participants), but we never forget that every journey starts with a first step.
How we work as Connecting Colours:
We provide workshops, training & coaching in Dutch or English, both at our own location at the Rotterdam foot, and at your own or external location. During a free intake, we inventory your objectives and align the program to this. We then send the Insights questionnaire to the participants, so that we can feed back the generated maps and profiles during the workshop.
A week before the workshop we will do a final tuning based on the gained insight into the team setup. During the workshop(s) we leave nothing to chance; the catering, facilities and the program are of the highest quality and an enterprising trainer with a passion for your sector will guide your team.
