MapsTell is based on the DISC instrument (with the four well-known colours), but much further enriched by the extra visual layer. The deepening of your own MapsTell profile
The MapsTell profile lays the foundation for our programs that teams can use to strengthen their communication and collaboration. During a workshop, participants experience where they can gain strength by recognizing and appreciating the differences between people. As Connecting Colours, we have full MapsTell accreditation (including certifying new Guides) and we are happy to use the following instruments:
PersonalMap
Every journey starts with a personal map. It gives a visual overview and description of your behavioral style in a landscape of behavior in names of cities, rivers, mountains and seas . The profile also shows how the other side sees you and the valley of your pitfalls.
Directions
In addition to your personal map, we generate your route description. This profile provides 24 pages of explanation of your behavioral style and how to deal with the other realms in the World of Difference. This in both your active style and the derived instinctive style.
Autobiography
Finally, with autobiography we offer a very personal logbook. How do you get on your way in your transport and where do you travel to? An ideal instrument to direct your career more.

door Connecting Colours
With more than 120 active clients in almost all sectors and multiple accredited trainers, we dare to say that Connecting Colours is a true MapsTell specialist. Through our own methodology, we increase the applicability of the DISC colour language by combining it with our team model (based on Lencioni and Tuckman) and developments in our field (Lean, Agile, Holocracy). All this comes together on the map of 'The World of Difference'. Our workshops connect your objective, the 'colour language' and our practical experience. We have the scale and experience to also handle larger events (+200 participants), but never forget that every journey starts with a first step.
How we work
We provide workshops in Dutch or English at our own training location at the Rotterdamse Voet, your own location or an external location. Based on a no-obligation intake, we inventory your objective and align the program accordingly. We then send the MapsTell questionnaire to the participants to feed back the profiles generated during the workshop. One week before the workshop, we do a final alignment based on the obtained insight into the team composition. During the workshop(s) we leave nothing to chance; the catering, the facilities and the program are of the highest quality and an enterprising trainer with a passion for your sector facilitates your team.
